What stood out the most about us during your appointment?
The entire staff was super friendly. From the person who made my appointment over the phone to the receptionist to the tech. Each person was helpful, and I felt so comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
What are the biggest factors that made you happy that you chose us?
Everyone is apprehensive when going in for a mammogram. You ask yourself, will it hurt? Will I be sore after? Will I feel comfortable around the staff? Will I have a spot that shows I have breast cancer even if it doesn’t run in my family? So many questions run through women’s heads. I was thankful that every step was explained to me, and I felt very comfortable. All of my questions were answered, and I felt at ease.
What are the main reasons why you’d recommend Invision Sally Jobe to other patients?
Early detection is key, and it is a quick and easy appointment/process. Everything was explained to me, step by step, and I was able to ask questions when I was unsure about anything. It didn’t hurt at all, and I left feeling confident that I did my part in being an advocate for myself concerning my health.
What surprised you most about our practice?
I was surprised that it didn’t hurt at all. I shouldn’t have wasted my time being nervous!
Is there anything else you would like to share?
I am thankful getting a mammogram is an easy and painless process, which will make me want to schedule them yearly.
