Felicia Cano: Registrar
“I joined ISJ 11 years ago, in June, but my connection to this organization began much earlier. Twenty one years ago, I was a patient here. After receiving excellent, compassionate care from Dr. Lampert and the entire staff, I knew ISJ was a truly special and caring facility. That experience stayed with me.
I began working in the medical field in 1978, and in 2015 I had the opportunity to apply for a position with ISJ. When I was offered the job at our Golden Red Rocks location, I was so happy I cried. It felt like coming full circle — from patient to team member — and I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working at nearly all our sites, except for Parker, Littleton, and the new Colorado Springs location. I’ve served as a registrar, scheduler, and float, and I’ve often been asked to take on new responsibilities. I’ve enjoyed learning every single one of them. Although I’ve had opportunities to move into other roles, I’ve stayed in the front office as a registrar because it’s where I feel the happiest and most fulfilled.
I’m a people person, and I take great pride in delivering excellent customer service. I’ve loved getting to know our patients, supporting them through their journeys, and building lasting relationships with both patients and coworkers. Watching ISJ grow and change over the years has been incredible, and through it all, it has remained a compassionate, supportive, and truly exceptional place to work. I’m grateful to have been part of ISJ’s story, and I look forward to finishing my career here – in the place that once cared for me and where I now get to help care for others.”
Maria Warren: CT Technologist
“What I love most about working as a CT technologist at Sally Jobe is the positive and supportive environment. I genuinely enjoy coming to work, and a big part of that is the team I work with. My management team is approachable and supportive and make me feel valued. I also find it rewarding to contribute to patient care and know that the work I do makes a difference.”
Michele Cavey: Registrar II
“I have been with Invision Sally Jobe for 6 years. I started right before Covid happened and had made a career change. What a time to start. I have always been in customer service one way or the other and knew that one day, I wanted to be with ISJ. I learned about Dr. Jobe from my mom who worked in the medical field as well and always heard that if you had any breast issues, this was the place to be seen. I was born with a birth defect and understood what some women go through when dealing with a mastectomy. I felt that my own experience would be a way to help and comfort someone who is dealing with their own new diagnosis. This made coming to ISJ my goal. I work at the DTC location, and I see patients dealing with breast cancer daily along with all other types of concerns that they are having. My job as a Registrar II has been rewarding and challenging, and I love to come to work each day. I have the best teammates. From my site supervisors, nurses, and my co-workers, we are a team, and it makes our jobs easier and more fulfilling when everyone has the same core values. I recommend ISJ for your medical needs and if you're looking for a job that is rewarding, this is your place.”
